Playtime Just Keeps Getting Better, and Safer Too!

Spring 2005

After months of restricted play space for the children, torn up yard and the buzz of construction, our newly renovated playground is open for business and already getting quite a workout from the children.

The new play space brings us into compliance with recent California-mandated playground regulations, and includes a trike and bike path, seating areas and work tables, plenty of shade trees, rubberized safety surfacing and ADA accessibility—not to mention some very cool structures for climbing, sliding and hanging out on.

Our thanks go to the California Department of Education and to the following foundations for their generosity: Edward J. Our heartfelt thanks also go to all of our wonderful individual supporters who helped make this exciting new play space a reality.
